Production of Refrigerator Mold Cores

During the production of refrigerator mold cores, they are transported via conveyor belts running on drive wheels. The wheels have to withstand uneven loads of up to 2.5 tons. Additionally parts of the conveyor belts are located in the ovens and are exposed to a temperature of 70°C.

A special flanged drive wheel with a keyway hub was developed to ensure that the refrigerators were transferred smoothly and securely. The Blickle polyurethane tread Extrathane guarantees shock absorption and reduced noise levels.
